Save vCardPhillippa (Pip) is a Registered Industrial and Organisational Psychologist, specialising in talent identification and management, as well as assessment and survey customisation, delivery and analysis. With experience in both the private and public sector, Pip has worked in New Zealand consultancies since 2010 and has a strong interest in understanding what motivates individuals, teams and business and what makes them effective in the workplace. She is passionate about assisting organisations in improving the employee experience and optimising performance. As a she is a trusted coach and expert, with clients holding long-standing relationships with her.
