Our Team

Marcus Morrison
He is currently also a Director at peer to peer lending start-ups in Australia and New Zealand. He holds B.Sc (Hons) and B.A degrees from Victoria University.

Ken Brophy
Prior to helping grow K3, Ken worked with a NZ based consultancy for over seven years, operating as the Managing Partner for almost five of those. Throughout this time, he has remained a part of the globally recognised strategy, design and change consultancy, continuing in his role as the Lead Asia Pacific Consultant.
While focused on large organisation design and change projects in NZ and globally, Ken has also had a long-standing connection with the NZ SME community. Here he has been a mentor and speaks at development programmes, while also working directly with SME organisations looking to take the next step in their growth journey. In 2015 he also spent 18 months creating a venture focused on tackling youth unemployment.
Ken is motivated by variety and challenge, both at work and after hours – ranging from being on the Board of the Monte Cecelia Housing Trust (which provides emergency and social housing in south/ west Auckland), through to scaling some of New Zealand’s highest peaks to raise money for Sir Edmund Hillary’s Himalayan Trust (where he is also a board member).
