Continuing their rapid rise as a boutique HR services provider,  Tara Kingston joins the firm to lead the growth for it's outsourced HR service.

Tara has had 16 years experience within the NZ HR industry, working across recruitment, learning, HR consulting and most recently HR technology consulting.

Bringing her experience to K3, Tara says "nothing makes me happier in my work than being part of collaborative partnerships which deliver top notch, creative solutions in the people space. It’s with no small amount of pride that I find myself at K3, a company that I have coveted for a few years and one that in my opinion is home to some of the best HR practitioners in NZ. My focus is on further building the K3 Consulting business by utilising my experience, skills and network in the NZ HR Consulting market.
