- Managing numerous legal matters
- Resolving complex disputes
- Drafting court documentation and submissions;
- Court attendances
- Carrying out legal research and opinion work

Be developing, or have strong written, legal analysis and advisory skills
Have the ability to work collaboratively and as a part of a high-performing team

Have impeccable time management skills, and the ability to prioritise a high level of workflow to meet deadlines
Have an organised, systematic, and efficient approach to work with excellent attention to detail
Possess the ability to work under pressure, hit the ground running, and learn as you go
Civil and commercial litigation experience is desirable
Bilingual fluency in Korean and English (verbal and written) would be desirable, but is not essential
Be able to accurately and efficiently translate documents, as required/if necessary
While experience in our practice area is advantageous, we are open to candidates with fewer years of post-qualification experience who can demonstrate the right attitude and readiness to take on this exciting opportunity.
