Save vCardKate is an experienced litigator with particular expertise in public law, regulatory and criminal matters. She holds a LLB(Hons)/ BSc from the University of Auckland and was admitted to the bar in 2012.
Prior to joining K3 Legal, Kate worked for the Offices of the Auckland Crown Solicitor and was also a member of the ACC Review Panel. She has significant trial and appellate advocacy experience, and has appeared regularly in the District Court and High Court.
Kate advises clients on a variety of commercial disputes including claims involving contractual issues, commercial and corporate disputes, and construction. Her focus is on providing pragmatic advice tailored to client’s individual circumstances and objectives, and taking a proactive approach to dispute resolution.
