Toni is an expert in Family and Trust Law with over 25 years of experience.

Appearing numerous times in both the Family and High Courts, Toni has worked on a number of complex, high profile cases involving family law litigation.

Three notable cases which she is particularly proud of include:

Acting as counsel for the Voluntary Euthanasia Society in the Lecretia Seales case.
Acting as the lawyer for a dying child to determine who had the rights to make decisions about the child’s body.
A Bill of Rights case relating to children under the age of 10 who wanted to practise their Jehovah’s Witness religion despite conflict between their parents.
Toni is also heavily involved in Relationship property cases, often involving trusts and companies.

Prior to becoming a Director at K3 Legal, Toni successfully ran her own firm based in Tauranga, gaining a strong reputation among the legal profession.
