We are also seeing more prosecutions brought and with the very serious penalties available to the Courts, specialist advice is very important.
We work closely with K3 Consulting to assist clients with the development and implementation of health and safety policies. We also collaborate with senior specialist counsel at the independent bar to ensure our clients have access to the best possible advice when facing the most serious charges. Our strong commercial practice enables us analyse the accounts of businesses and make submissions on the ability to make reparation payments and/or fines.
